Terms of use
Replr is free software offered as-is. There is no account, no subscription, no server. These terms are a plain-language summary of what you should know before installing.
1. The software is provided as-is
Replr is offered without warranty of any kind. We make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future versions of LinkedIn, Chrome, or any AI provider. Drafts are generated by third-party LLMs and may contain factual errors, hallucinations, or unsuitable wording — you are responsible for reviewing every draft before sending.
2. You are responsible for what you send
Replr never auto-sends. Every message goes out only when you click LinkedIn's Send button. You are solely responsible for the content, tone, frequency, and consequences of any message sent using a draft Replr produced.
3. You are responsible for your AI provider account
"Bring your own key" means you pay your own API costs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) and abide by their terms of service. "Use my tab" mode uses your existing logged-in chatbot account and is subject to that provider's terms. Replr is not affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or LinkedIn.
4. LinkedIn's terms of service
Replr is a client-side writing assistant — comparable to a spell-checker or text expander. It does not scrape profiles, automate sends, or interact with LinkedIn's API. We believe this puts it in the same category as Grammarly, but LinkedIn's terms can change. If you are concerned about a specific use case (Sales Navigator, recruiter accounts, enterprise SSO), check with your account administrator before installing.
5. No data collection
Replr collects no analytics, telemetry, or usage data of any kind. See the privacy policy for the full breakdown of what is read, where it goes, and how to delete it.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author of Replr is not liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from use of the extension, including but not limited to lost opportunities, account restrictions, embarrassment, missent messages, or third-party API costs.
7. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version will be published here with a dated update note. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
